BrightEdge has a specific approach to training and focuses on courses that add real value within the change process. Delivered courses are industry certified and complement the other aspects of managing change.
Organisation training requirements are first addressed by careful needs analysis that is detailed and takes into account an organisation’s precise situation and objectives. BrightEdge has a broad range of change based education and training capabilities that draw on both academic and commercial concepts in a unique combination.
BrightEdge courses are first used to provide essential elements of the delivery of change capability. The taught material within these courses is then built on and expanded by developing the other skills that are crucial elements of delivering change namely the non-technical, behavioural soft skills that develop the individual as rounded practitioners able to significantly contribute to organisational change and performance.
The following are example courses that BrightEdge can provide either on an ad hoc basis or as part of a coherent and managed change process. They can be taken in their standard format for qualification purposes or can be tailored and amended to suit express organisational requirements.
Agile Project Management – Training and Certification Courses
BrightEdge provides accredited Foundation and Practitioner Agile Project Management training courses. Agile Project Management is a guide and qualification from the APMG, and was launched in November 2010. The scheme aims at those working in project environments who want to work in a more agile way. Agile PM is based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM Atern, and this new certification provides the ability to deliver projects in organizations that still require standards, rigour and visibility while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by the Agile approach.
The course addresses the AgilePM certification by APMG and the Agile Business Consortium that has been created to sit alongside PRINCE2® as an approach to project management. The course is equally divided between the theory of Agile Project Management and the practical experience of the techniques and disciplines involved. Delegates will receive a copy of the Agile Project Management handbook v2.
